Partner Terms and Conditions

The terms in this document describe and govern the partnership between Upsports Vision Private Limited and its authorised online gaming intermediaries for the Bazigar platform. Upsports Vision Private Limited governs this partnership through a legally appointed Super Admin. The intermediaries consist of the distributors, retailers, influencers, or any other group or person that may choose to become our partner. All the online gaming intermediaries must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned below -

  1. Online gaming intermediaries are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations related to their participation and the authority to conduct the Bazigar game.
  2. The intermediaries must have a valid bank account.
  3. Online gaming intermediaries must ensure the accuracy of all information provided to Super Admin and players.
  4. Online gaming intermediaries only have the authority to conduct the game if they own an authorisation certificate, signed and approved by Upsports Vision Private Limited.
  5. If anyone tries to conduct the game without owning the authorisation certificate, strict legal action will be taken against them.
  6. Online gaming intermediaries are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities by themselves or related to the Bazigar gaming platform.
  7. Upsports Vision Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership, without any prior intimation, with any Online gaming intermediaries who violate these terms and conditions or engage in any activity that harms the integrity or reputation of the Bazigar gaming platform.
  8. Upsports Vision Private Limited reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Online gaming intermediaries will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
  9. Upsports Vision Private Limited shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the actions or omissions of online gaming intermediaries. Distributors are responsible for the actions of their Retailers.
  10. Commission payouts and credit reconciliations will be governed by a separate agreement below.
  11. We do not authorise online gaming intermediaries if they don't belong to the states that permit online gaming as per the indian governance laws.

By participating in the partnership, you must acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Commission Payouts and Credit Reconciliations Agreement

Distributor Responsibilities:

  1. Distributors are authorised to create login credentials for Retailers within their assigned territory.
  2. Distributors will decide and communicate the percentage of commission that Retailers will receive on recharges facilitated by them. This commission must be within the overall commission percentage allocated to the Distributor by the Super Admin.
  3. Distributors will allocate credit limits to their Retailers from the credit limit provided to them by the Super Admin. Distributors are solely responsible for managing the credit extended to their Retailers.
  4. Distributors are responsible for ensuring that their Retailers understand and comply with all applicable terms and conditions, operational guidelines, and any updates provided by Super Admin.
  5. Distributors will serve as the first point of contact for their Retailers for basic queries.

Retailer Responsibilities:

  1. Retailers will accept bazi from customers for the Bazigar game.
  2. Retailers will facilitate recharge services for customers' game wallets.
  3. Retailers can share a unique joining link with new users. For every Bazi placed by users who registered through their link, the Retailer will receive a commission as determined by the Distributor.
  4. Retailers can utilise their available credit limit (provided by the Distributor) to facilitate Bazi if a player's wallet balance is insufficient. Retailers are responsible for the repayment of any credit used.
  5. If a Retailer processes a recharge for a customer who has already registered through their unique joining link, the Retailer will not receive any commission on that recharge.
  6. If a Retailer processes a recharge for a customer who has not registered through their unique joining link, the Retailer will receive a commission in percentage according to the amount decided by the distributor on the recharge amount.
  7. Retailers are responsible for informing customers about the game results, which will be declared every 5 minutes.

All the online gaming intermediaries must agree to the Commission Payouts and Credit Reconciliation agreement to avail the benefits of the partnership. Anyone who violates or disagrees with the agreement will no longer be allowed to become a partner.
